Just before Christmas the Tulsa Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post was the victim of a burglary. The thieves stole cash, caused damage to interior infrastructure, and took off with irreplaceable war memorabilia. The mission of the Tulsa VFW is to empower local area veterans and military families through camaraderie, service, and advocacy. This break-in was devastating not only to the Tulsa Veterans of Foreign Wars but also to veterans and military families who obtain resources from our post.
Part of being a community is coming together to help others during their time in need. The Tulsa Veterans of Foreign War needs all the support we can get to return to mission readiness. We have a unique opportunity for you to support the leading veteran empowerment organization in Tulsa. On Saturday, February 10, 2018 The Tulsa Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 577 will be hosting the largest Mardi Gras celebration in North East Oklahoma. We are offering the opportunity for you or your organization be a sponsor in Tulsa’s 3rd annual Mardi Gras celebration. All sponsorships will be tax deductible donations to the Tulsa VFW post and all profits from event will go to the Tulsa VFW to help them recover and continue serving military connected Tulsans.
Tulsa Mardi Gras Masquerade Event Overview
